Hear and Understand
Every presenter needs to be heard and understood. Having enough microphones, the correct type of microphones, and the appropriate positioning of speakers for the room usually dictates how well your attendees will hear the presenter. Hotel-provided sound normally falls well short of our standards, so we install high-fidelity, independent audio systems in every meeting room to create a significantly more pleasant experience for all attendees.

Coordinate
You, the Hotel, and your AV contractor must coordinate. Cooperation and communication are essential for a successful event. RRC Audio Visual goes to great lengths to coordinate all technical aspects of your meeting with the hotel. We will supply the hotel with detailed floor plans showing the placement of the technology in the meeting rooms if needed. This service is provided at no charge to our clients.
